Stacy Leavens
Chief Executive Officer
Stacy Leavens was appointed as the CEO of Capital Health Network (ACT’s PHN) in July 2023. Prior to this she was the General Manager for Planning and Policy. Since 2018, Stacy has been overseeing CHN’s key program areas including planning, commissioning and primary care engagement. Stacy has a background working in community health and the health NGO sector in the US and Australia.
Chris Wood
General Manager – Planning and Policy
Chris Wood is the General Manager of Policy and Planning, supporting CHN to make evidence-based decisions and providing insights into the needs of the community. Chris joined CHN in August 2023 and has a background in consulting and advisory as a qualified Actuary. Chris has experience working in health system performance and planning locally, nationally and internationally.
Anais le Gall
General Manager – Health System Improvement
Anais le Gall is the General Manager for Health System Improvement, overseeing commissioned services, quality improvement and program areas. Since 2017, Anais has held various positions at CHN giving her a strong understanding of the primary care environment. Anais has a background in a clinical setting as a Registered Nurse in public, private and non-government sectors in the ACT, NSW and the UK.
Artur Durbanov CA
Acting Chief Operating Officer
Artur Durbanov is the Acting Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for business planning, budgeting and strategic forecasting, meeting the financial reporting requirements, and procurement. Artur joined CHN in 2021 and has a background in professional services and consulting. Artur has extensive experience in systems improvement and strategic financial management in the private and non-government sectors.
