About Florey Medical:
Florey Medical is a busy healthcare provider operating 7 days a week, located within the convenient Florey Shops with ample free parking. Our team includes 7 dedicated doctors, 2 skilled nurses, 12 efficient receptionists/administrators, and allied health professionals such as a dietician and audiologist. Pathology services are also available onsite, supporting a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Opportunity for an Allied Health Professional:
Florey Medical offers a fully equipped consultation room for rent, providing an ideal opportunity for an allied health professional to establish or expand their services within a supportive environment. As an independent practitioner, you will benefit from our established patient base, administrative support, and collaborative team atmosphere.
Services Provided by Florey Medical:
- Professional reception staff to manage bookings, payments, check-ins, and patient inquiries.
- A well-maintained, furnished consultation room.
- Proximity to general practitioners, nurses, and other allied health professionals for potential referrals.
- Free parking for practitioners and patients.
Ideal Candidate:
We are seeking an allied health professional who:
- Operates as an independent practitioner with their own Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Provides complementary services that align with our existing offerings and patient needs (e.g., physiotherapy, psychology, podiatry, occupational therapy, etc.).
- Is motivated to build a successful service and foster collaborative relationships with our team.

As an independent practitioner, you will rent a consultation room and associated administrative services at Florey Medical. This arrangement allows you to operate under your own ABN, retaining full control over your income and business operations. The rent covers: • Use of the consultation room. • Administrative support, including reception services for bookings, payments, check-ins, and patient inquiries. • Access to shared facilities, such as free parking and communal spaces. Specific rental terms, including rates and payment schedules, can be discussed upon application or during the onboarding process.Willing to sponsor suitable overseas applicants
