Capital Health Network

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic project lead to oversee the strategic implementation, optimisation and management of our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system. In this newly created role, you will lead a transformative project to integrate Salesforce with key business systems and drive its adoption at all levels of the organisation.

Your technical leadership will be crucial in improving health outcomes in the ACT, through innovative and data-driven CRM solutions.

About the team

The CRM Project Lead sits within the Policy and Planning Business Unit, which provides data sources that underpin CHN activities and decision making. Serving as a reference point for all data-related activities, the team works collaboratively with all CHN’s Business Units to ensure accurate data management and seamless integration across systems. The team is also responsible for contributing to our local health needs assessment that informs our service and program implementation, within the primary health care sector in the ACT.

See yourself in our team

To succeed in this position, you will work with the program and project teams to:

  • advise and support other solutions (such as SharePoint), when appropriate
  • collaborate with others across the organisation to support and manage change that will achieve the best outcomes from the CRM.

You should understand or have the capacity to learn how Primary Health Networks operate, have experience developing forms and processes in Salesforce or a similar CRM, preparing strategies and policies, and supporting change management in a small to medium sized organisation.

This fixed term position is aimed at facilitating the change process which is expected to take 6 months, with some ongoing support needed when changes are in place.
