About the team
Capital Health Network (CHN) receives more than $42 Million of funding each year and delivers 46 programs to support the health and wellbeing of the ACT community. The Commissioned Services Team manage a variety of external contracts and associated service provider relationships, across our 9 priority areas, including mental health, aged care, alcohol and other drugs, and people at-risk of poor health outcomes.
About the role
The Services Relationship Coordinator works within the Commissioned Services Team and collaborates closely with CHN-funded health service providers in this key contracts, evaluation and relationship management role. This position also works closely with other key internal and external stakeholders, providing input to facilitate improved health outcomes across the ACT region in program areas such as mental health, aged care, Alcohol or Other Drugs (AOD) and more!

Your strong relationship management skills, attention to detail and contract management capabilities will enable you to support CHN providers in the delivery of primary health programs to make a real difference in the community. As part of working at an innovative organisation, you will also contribute to process improvement and may have an opportunity to work on broader CHN projects and initiatives, including contributing to improved collaborative commissioning outcomes over time that support the efficiency, cost-effectiveness and value of CHN-funded health programs.
In addition you’ll work closely with stakeholders within CHN and externally providing input to program co-design and collaboration activities, to develop and manage health services contracts that meet the requirements of our funding agreements, such as the Department of Health and Aged Care and ACT Health. This will support service delivery and attainment of health outcomes across the ACT region that meet the needs of populations identified in community health needs assessments. Work location
This position is based in our Belconnen office. We support flexibility and a hybrid work model at CHN and are happy to work with the successful candidate to ensure balance between work and life.
