Throughout COVID-19, CHN continued to provide business continuity information to support all practices to remain viable during a time of extreme pressure by keeping them abreast of changes and informed with up-to-date and relevant strategies. CHN responded to the needs of primary health care by producing four webinars plus a full-day seminar. The seminar covered issues such as employment law, insurance for doctors and maintaining lifestyle. Following positive feedback from practices, especially those under significant strain from the pandemic, CHN produced on-demand versions of the webinars and published them on CHN’s YouTube channel.
