Supporting vulnerable groups is one of the nine key priority areas for CHN. In the last year, CHN funded a range of local service provider organisations to provide primary health care to vulnerable groups in a setting that is safe, accessible and familiar.
HIV Nurse Program
The HIV Nurse Program commissioned by CHN, ACT’s PHN provides nursing and counselling services as well as education and networking opportunities for GPs and other health professionals in the ACT.
