CHN’s Indigenous Health Team continued their partnership with ACT & SNSW HealthPathways team to ensure appropriate pathways were available for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health, in line with the Closing the Gap targets. The ACT & SNSW HealthPathways team is the lead region for the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health pathways suite.
The ACT & SNSW HealthPathways program is actively working towards increasing the library and listings of identified resources and services for First Nations communities. This information is identified on the site through the use of flag icons. There are 154 pathways with an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health icon indicating that there is identified information and/or services for First Nations communities. Click here to view.
