Registration Policy
You will receive an email once your registration is received which will highlight the status of your registration (confirmed or waitlisted).
If you do not hear from us, please presume that we have not received your registration and follow up with the CHN Education team on (02) 6287 8010 for more information.
Waitlists will be confirmed, subject to availability, 2 business days prior to the event.
Attendance and Certificates
Upon completion of the event you will receive a certificate of attendance for your records and reporting with your professional body.
Completion of an event is achieved by:
- Attendance for the whole event or all events in the series
- Completion of the post-event survey.
Non-Attendance and Late Cancellation Policy
Those who fail to attend an event they are registered for, without prior advice to CHN Education, will be classed as a non-attendance without notice.
Those who do not attend without notice three times in a 12 month period will have registrations for future events placed on a waitlist for the following three months, and only confirmed if space is available closer to the event.
After the 3 month period, event registrations will be processed as normal. The count of non-attendances will commence again for the purposes of this policy.
This policy may be waived at the discretion of CHN. This will be handled on a case by case basis.
A similar waitlist policy may be applied in the case of excessive Late Cancellations.
Privacy Policy
Your personal details are collected and used only for the purpose of facilitating your attendance to this and future Capital Health Network events. Where events are managed jointly by Capital Health Network and our partners, our partners will also have access to your details. We will not share your personal information with any other organisations for any other purpose. Photography
Participants may be photographed or filmed at the event for use in Capital Health Network and CHN Education promotional material. If you don’t wish to appear in any promotional material, please advise staff at the registration desk.
Program Changes
The conference organisers reserve the right to vary the program, presenters and speakers where necessary up to and including on the day of an event.
