Pharmacists in Residential Aged Care Facilities (PiRACF) Study
Qualified pharmacists were integrated into residential aged care facilities (RACF) to improve medicine management quality and safety. Capital Health Network, through the Australian Government’s PHN Program, commissioned the University of Canberra to undertake this activity.
