Position Description
General Practitioner – Gungahlin, Canberra (DPA)
- Work in a relaxed atmosphere, friendly & family-owned practice
- You will have your own permanent consulting room with Full nursing support
- Huge patient database serviced across multiple locations like Gungahlin (DPA), Charnwood (DPA), Murrumbateman(MM5), Yass(MM4) & Bungendore(MM5) which also provides flexibility to work around these locations.
- DPA opportunity will suit a VR general practitioner wanting to complete their moratorium
- Can support PFP/FSP/MDRAP as we have multiple locations available to meet your training requirements while working part time at Gungahlin.
- Onsite Pathology & Allied health staffs
- Choose when you work with flexible working hours anytime from 8:00am – 5:00pm on weekdays, 9:00am – 2:00pm on weekends.
- Work with highly experienced doctors and admin team to provide patients with utmost care and attention they need.

Practice Description
This well-established practice is looking for an experienced General Practitioner to meet growing patient demand. Architect-designed & purpose-built medical practice with Pathology, Dental Surgery, Child Care & covered basement car park. Surrounded by multiple high-rise apartments like Infinity towers, Establishment, Lumi, Jade, Mezzo & Ruby.
We are a family run medical center consisting of GPs, registered nurses, allied health and reception/support staff. We have established a friendly working culture and pride ourselves on providing outstanding care not only to our local area, but to the Canberra community and surrounds. With multiple doctors available you are well supported any difficulties you may experience or any additional opinions you may need.
Our patient demographic is wide and varied, reaching multiple suburbs, schools and work places. New patients to the clinic are common, as such we are looking to hire a new GP to accommodate high demand of patients. Growing a regular patient base within a few months of working here is easily achievable.

Negotiable, open contract. 70% Fixed percentage of billings. Our mixed billing fee for item number 23 is $80 & 36 is $140. We can also offer an initial guaranteed income as opposed to percentage for the first 6 months if that is preferred.Willing to sponsor suitable overseas applicants
