Position Description

Are you a dedicated General Practitioner seeking an opportunity to make a positive impact in the health and wellbeing of our community? We are currently seeking passionate GPs to join our team in either Casey or Hawker locations. As a General Practitioner with our practice, you will be a part of a supportive and collaborative team where your skills and expertise are valued.  You will be responsible for delivering primary healthcare services, including consultations, diagnoses, treatment, and ongoing management of patients across all age groups. Additionally, you will play a vital role in health promotion, preventative care, and chronic disease management.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct consultations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans
• Provide preventative care and health education to patients
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care with specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate and up to date medical records

Requirements:

• Medical degree from a recognised institution
• Registration with The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
• Fellowship of The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Commitment to providing high quality patient – centered care

With two independent practices in our partnership, we offer flexible working hours and locations in either Hawker or Casey.
