Position Description

ANU Medical Centre is seeking a new GP to join our team at the Acton campus to provide health services for students and staff at ANU. This is a flexible role with no weekend work or on-call required. Students are bulk-billed at the clinic while staff are privately billed. We offer:

• Doctors retain 90% of billing.
• Busy clinic with appointments regularly fully booked – predictable demands and stable earnings.
• Free on-site undercover parking.
• Support from ANU Counselling and wellbeing team – co-located in the same building.

Practice Description

ANU Medical Centre is located within the Australian National University. We are a QPA-accredited practice. Our clinic operates from Monday – Friday from 8 30am-5pm. More information about our clinic:

Clinical and administrative support 

• 1 full time registered nurse
• 1 full time nurse practitioner + currently recruiting for another full time nurse practitioner
• Full time practice manager and a team of receptionists 

Other support and facilities

• IT and admin support (we use Best Practice software)
• a treatment room and two procedures rooms
• pathology on-site
• counselling and wellbeing team located in the same building

Practice nurses and or other allied health professionals onsite
